- Who delivers my article?

Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will be sent to you by your local post office.

- Why didn't I get my article?

Shipping can take 14 to 35 business days or more, depending on your location and local post office hours.

The warranty period of the item lasts 15 working days and the buyer is eligible for the return of an order if the item has still not been received.

- What are the delivery times?

Items are delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office and are generally delivered during office hours. (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm)

- Where are you from?

We currently ship from our warehouse in Asia, which explains the delivery times.
